We treat all children fairly and respectfully and this is evident through every aspect of the care we provide. All staff hold a positive view of children and their capabilities and recognise the valuable contribution that children make to their own learning and the learning of others. We believe that children learn through relationships and social partnerships that allow them to flourish with and alongside others creating a balance between self discovery and social learning.
Each environment provides areas for self reflection and quiet learning as well as busy, louder or more social areas allowing each child to experience a more holistic learning journey. Staff continue to build their knowledge through workshops, seminars and further studies. We believe that physical health and emotional well being need to be nurtured in the childcare environment to enable children to reach their full learning potential and it is our responsibility to ensure this while they are in care.
